WAREHAM - On Wednesday, Nov. 28, at about 7:30 p.m. Teena Hill, 46, of no certain address, was arrested on Cranberry Highway by Officer Michael Phinney for an active arrest warrant. This will be the seventh time that Hill has been arrested because of warrants since June 2018 by the Wareham Police.
