WAREHAM - Officers Michael Phinney and Christopher Smith arrested James Lewkowicz, 47, of Wareham, in front of the Ocean State Job Lot, 3005 Cranberry Highway, on Thursday, July 2, at 1:15 p.m., police said. Lewkowicz had an active warrant from Massachusetts, and was also wanted on active warrant from New York.
